"Yo no quiero hablar de otros jugadores, de si han ganado o no, creo que lo importante es que hay un buen grupo de jugadores, tenemos un técnico que nos contagia y nos motiva para ganar y vamos a tratar de conseguir escribir una historia distinta, mejor que las anteriores", indicó Nery Castillo.

Guillermo Ochoa no habla del panorama individual (su equipo América pasa por un mal momento).

Consolidado como el mejor portero de México explica que el horizonte para el futbol mexicano es generoso.

"Vamos a llegar al Mundial en plena madurez. Es un grupo de jugadores que tiene a futbolistas que están en Europa, que tiene experiencia en competencias importantes y que aparte ya en el futbol mexicano cada vez se vuelve más fuerte y competitivo a nivel de clubes, cuando podemos jugar contra Sudamérica prácticamente todo el año", indica el portero del América.

"No se trata de cuánto hemos ganado en nuestros clubes, lo importante es lo que todos queremos ganar con nuestra selección. No queremos pasar a la historia como un grupo de futbolistas que quiso y no pudo. Es como dices, nadie quiere irse con las manos vacías", explica el guardameta.

Para Guillermo Ochoa la alquimia entre experiencia con sangre veterana y sangre nueva, van a permitir a Hugo Sánchez armar una selección de alta competencia.

"Sí hay mucha sangre joven, pero también hay experimentados que serán muy valiosos para darle solidez al grupo".

"Pero, necesitamos trabajo, partidos de preparación, concentraciones, unión entre todos y de esa manera se puede encontrar el momento adecuado para darle a México esa satisfacción que todos queremos en Juegos Olímpicos y en la Copa del Mundo", comenta Guillermo Ochoa.
